Job Summary:
If you’re dedicated, analytical and creative and you “get” CPA, CPL and CPM internet advertising campaigns then this position is for you. Use your analytical and organizational skills to research, create, and monitor the performance of client’ Lead Generation, Email Marketing and Display Advertising campaigns.
Main responsibilities include:
• Using strong analytical skills; perform day-to-day management of Internet advertising campaigns.
• Daily monitoring of traffic and profit performance of advertising campaigns.
• Create performance reports in Excel for management.
• Provide recommendations and implement optimization tactics to improve overall campaign conversions.
• Provide direction to design and copy editors for the development of creative (email, banners, landing pages)
• Implement product design strategy for new lead generation and display advertising internet portals, and enhancements/changes for existing content websites for lead generation and display advertising initiatives.
• Work with US, West Coast Sales team to implement campaigns
• Liaise with cross-functional project teams during projects when required
• Implement display advertising campaigns into proprietary adserver technology

• Excellent analytical reporting and advertising budget management skills
• Experience in Excel
• Experience in landing page conversion optimization
• Experience with lead generation, display advertising campaign implementation and management
• Excellent internet research skills and understanding of search engines.
• Analytical, innovative, and creative with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, be adaptive, and work independently.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally has knowledge and experience with Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing/Overture, or PPC.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization using excellent fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
