Job Summary:
The Traffic Manager, Digital Solutions is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with strong technical aptitude.
This position is responsible for the accuracy and organization of all trafficking documents sent to the third party ad-serving vendors, the sites, and the clients. This individual will work extensively with DART, Eye Return, Point Roll, Atlas and other ad serving systems. They work as a liaison between the media and creative agency production departments with regard to the timely trafficking of banners and other creative elements.
The Traffic Manager regularly monitors the delivery of campaigns on a weekly basis or as required and liaises with the creative agency production and/or 3rd party ad server to resolve any creative issues. In addition, the Traffic Manager provides reporting/tracking data for each campaign to the planners and assists in the creation of reports.
Main responsibilities include:
• Serve as an expert on ad serving solutions to assist the media team in managing approved client campaigns
• Manage the quality assurance program of ad posting that ensures full compliance with contract terms and IAB guidelines
• Work closely with Media Planners to understand media plan and create accurate traffic instructions for sites/third party ad server and technical specs for creative and production teams.
• Provide expertise on campaign technical requirements including explanation, clarification, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Timely advertising insertion and order trafficking, ensuring the proper handling of all related processes and cross-departmental communication requirements.
• Campaign optimization to ensure delivery performance and advertiser goals are fulfilled as planned.
• Post campaign reporting, including the mining and translating of campaign delivery data into actionable recommendations. Assist in the development and publication of campaign results reports.
Applicant's Qualifications:
• 1+years of 3rd Party Ad Serving experience in DoubleClick DART for Advertisers, Atlas as well as with rich media vendors such as EyeReturn and Pointroll would be preferred
• Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript. Knowledge of CSS, ASP, SQL and DHTML an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced working knowledge of Excel.

• Flawless attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Project management, problem solving and organizational skills are essential.
• Previous experience with Open AdStream, DART for Publishers, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and other electronic publishing and design tools.
