Main responsibilities include:
RECRUITMENT (60%)
• Manage proActive Contact™ affiliate recruitment program, reviewing approximately 50 websites/day
• Review all new affiliate accounts and activate approx. 10% of new affiliates each month
• Review all new affiliate applications, review their website, contact approvals to build a relationship, and develop an activation program with new partners
• Report to Affiliate Program Director on new affiliate performance and account background each week
• Utilize multiple communication techniques (e-mail marketing, cold calling, contact forms etc.) to source, identify, and recruit new affiliates
• Develop a recruitment campaign with affiliate program’s benefits and features within the online Gaming community
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (40%)
• Review affiliate sites and marketing practices to improve product positioning and insure compliance with company policies
• Identify and develop one-on-one relationship with potential affiliates and report on developments based on traffic and revenue
• Develop and motivate existing affiliates with incentives, special promotions or special deals to retain their performance. Motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance
• Develop and distribute new marketing material to all affiliates bi-weekly. Inform and supply affiliates new, approved marketing creative every 2 weeks
• Develop targeted and appropriate marketing material for key performance affiliates based on their performance
• Develop new business opportunities with existing performer affiliates within products available at program
• Analyze and report affiliate performance based on traffic and revenue on a weekly basis. Identify trends and opportunities - Develop an action plan for affiliate director
• Promote features and benefit of the affiliate program
• Negotiate terms and deals with key affiliates and execute those agreements
• Handle affiliate support via email, phone, and live chat
• Plan and coordinate website updates based on objectives/goals being prepared with Affiliate director
• Report to Affiliate Program Director on affiliate performance, feedback, and outstanding issues each week
Applicant's Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent ability to sell the benefits of the affiliate program
• Good knowledge of Internet tools and technologies
• Good analytical skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to speak Italian or Spanish
