Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a candidate for a Senior Manager role to focus on marketing and new business development opportunities within the fast paced online gambling industry.
The Senior Manager will play a pivotal, entrepreneurial role in supporting the company’s continued growth by driving acquisition of new business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years management experience and be focused on building revenue numbers without building head count. Management experience in one of the following areas: online gambling, video games, Web 2.0, social network sites, and/or search engines would be considered an asset.

Main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic plan for continued growth
• Successfully negotiate and acquire new clients
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals

Applicant's Qualifications:

• You have experience (5> years) with web-based services and technologies.
• You are able to build, grow and lead a team of people
• You are able to execute business development and partnerships
• Strong communication skills - with the ability to take-on multiple information sources rapidly and interpret them intelligently

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytics and real-time judgment
• Exceptional process management and organization skills
• Willingness to travel (role requires 20-30% travel)
• Must be passionate about online gambling industry
• Good knowledge of affiliate and agency systems for online gaming operators
